Overview: This webinar series is designed to support professional growth, leadership development and community building within the library field. Each webinar will focus on a timely and relevant theme that reflects the evolving experiences of library professionals. 

Focus Areas:

  • Setting realistic but bold goals for the year.
  • Crafting a personal mission statement for your work in libraries.
  • Understanding your values and how they show up in librarianship.
  • Vision boarding or journaling your next career chapter.
