Overview: This webinar series is designed to support professional growth, leadership development and community building within the library field. Each webinar will focus on a timely and relevant theme that reflects the evolving experiences of library professionals. 

Focus Areas:

• Claiming leadership at any level.
• Sharing your story: public speaking, panels, writing, and presenting.
• Handling visibility as a BIPOC librarian in predominantly white spaces.
• Strategic networking, mentorship, and growing your presence.

What is included: Participation in the live webinar and access to the archived version at a later date, resources (if applicable) provided by the presenters.

Continuing Education Credits: For those working toward their Ohio Public Librarian or Ohio Public Library staff re-certification, this webinar qualifies for 1 credit hour.
