I’m a Public Services Director at Dayton Metro Library, where I’ve worked for over 12 years. In my current role, I guide the Data Assessment Strategy, which is an initiative to incorporate data analysis and quantitative assessment to help our library be more efficient and responsive. Previously, I served as Branch Manager at the Vandalia Branch and Assistant Branch Manager at the Southeast Branch.
