Overview: This webinar series is designed to support professional growth, leadership development and community building within the library field. Each webinar will focus on a timely and relevant theme that reflects the evolving experiences of library professionals.

• Addressing institutional racism, bias and equity gaps in library systems.
• Microaggressions, code-switching and the cost of professionalism.
• Building alliances and navigating power structures.
• Self-advocacy techniques and using your voice safely and strategically.

Continuing Education Credits: For those working toward their Ohio Public Librarian or Ohio Public Library staff re-certification, this webinar qualifies for 1 credit hour.
