Registration:
Online registration will be available now through November 5, 2025. After November 5, registration will only be available on-site at the Huntington Convention Center and there will be an additional $25 processing fee.

Registration Fees 

Please note: If you are a speaker for a one-hour session, presenter of a poster session, or if you are a member of the Program, Expo or Local Arrangements committees, OLC will register you for the Convention and Expo and send an invoice to your library.

Hotel Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown (connected to the Convention Center) and Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown (one block away). The reservation deadline is October 28, 2025. Booking links and more information.
