Foundation to Future: Celebrating 130 Years of Progress and Purpose
2025 marks a significant milestone in Ohio library history — the 130th anniversary of OLC. The 2025 Convention and Expo will celebrate the enduring values and principles that have guided our profession for more than a century, such as access to information, community engagement, education, and intellectual freedom.

Since the inaugural meeting in Cleveland in 1895, OLC members have consistently led the way in offering resources and services that enrich lives, empower individuals, and strengthen communities. The 2025 Convention and Expo will be a celebration of the accomplishments, growth, and transformation of Ohio's public libraries. It will serve as a gathering point for library professionals to reflect on past achievements, share current innovations, and collaborate on solutions to the challenges that lie ahead. Together, we will explore new perspectives and carry forward our shared mission of access, equity, and service to all.

Online registration will be available September 5 through November 5, 2025. After November 5, registration will only be available on-site at the Huntington Convention Center and there will be an additional $25 fee.
