ADMINISTRATIVE/FINANCE ASSISTANT
Candidate will possess the following:
Associates degree. Extensive experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement.
One year of job-related experience.
Accounting and Accounts Payable experience preferred.
Library experience preferred.
Must be able to be bonded.
Main Functions:
Serve as secretary and receptionist for the administrative office.
Serve as assistant to the Fiscal Officer and Director.
Perform a variety of skilled, confidential, and financial tasks for the administration department
Support the library’s strategic plan by embracing its mission, vision and organizational priorities. See job description for other requirements and responsibilities – available on website
Pay: Range 5
Full time: 40 hours per week OPERS retirement and leave benefits Hourly; Non-exempt from FLSA overtime provisions
