EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AT SCIOTO COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY

Human Resources Manager $20.33 - $30.82/hr (salary is commensurate with experience)

This position is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration and some fiscal responsibilities. This position will be scheduled primarily at the Portsmouth Branch.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or a Business-related field preferred

3-5 years supervisory, management or fiscal experience

Ability to obtain a Public Official Bond

Ability to become an Ohio Notary Public
