Information Technology Support Specialist

Fairport Harbor Public Library is seeking a customer service-oriented individual for the position of Information Technology Support Specialist. This person will maintain and provide support for all library equipment to ensure optimum performance, handle day-to-day troubleshooting of all library computers and equipment and serve as the Library's liaison with CLEVNET's IT support team. The Information Technology Support Specialist also shares duties at the circulation desk on evenings and Saturdays and is expected to perform circulation desk and customer service functions such as answering the phone, checking out and discharging library materials, and assisting patrons using the public access computers.
