Public Services Manager - Youth Department (Full-time)

The Upper Arlington Public Library is seeking an energetic, innovative, community-focused professional with solid organizational, communication, and management skills to lead our Youth Department. The position involves the identification, planning, delivery and evaluation of dynamic, high-quality programs and services for children and teens and evaluates and maintains department collections, including identifying new collections or items for circulation for designated community audiences. Will work closely with the public including working at a public service desk and assisting patrons of all ages in the use of the Library, its materials, services and resources.
