The Cleveland Public library offers a generous compensation and benefits package.  Full time and part-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with a generous employer contribution.  CPL employees participate in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) and receive a 14% employer contribution to their retirement account.  CPL offers 12 paid holidays, 15 sick days and vacation accruals based on years of public service
