ODT Posts October 2026 PLF Distribution

The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) posted the October 2026 PLF distribution of $40,020,237 — which is $839,085 (or – 2.05%) below ODT’s original estimate that was issued in July 2025 and ODT’s updated estimate issued in December 2025. The PLF Calendar Year (CY) 2026 year-to-date total is $402,198,025.

State tax collections continue to outperform updated revenue estimates. The Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM) released preliminary information on state tax receipts for September. According to OBM, total overall General Revenue Fund (GRF) tax receipts came in $201.6 million (8.3%) above the revised estimate for the month.
